2020年暑期聖經營報名表

Dear Parents，GCAC will hold our 6+1 weeks Summer VBS by online Face to Face Learning for 2020. We will have Bible Stories, Singspiration, Academic Learning, Art and Craft, and other special activities to create a meaningful summer for the children. All the materials needed will be packaged and home-delivered to you. Please fill out the registration form clearly below for us. Thank you for you time and support!

親愛的家長們，2020年恩聯宣道會6+1暑期聖經營將通過網路平檯面對面的教學方式與小朋友們互動。我們會有線上聖經故事，詩歌敬拜，學業課程，繪畫手工和其他特別互動來給小朋友們提供一個有意義暑假時間。同時，我們將會把小朋友的學習和手工資料通過郵寄或送達到家方式提供給小朋友。請將以下報名表格資訊清楚填寫。謝謝您的時間與協助！

Time 時間: 10:00a.m. – 11:30a.m. & 1:30p.m. – 3:30p.m.
(Monday – Friday 週一至週五)
Tuition 學費: $400
Registration Fee 註冊費: $50
Early Bird Discount提早注册减免: $50


Policy & Payment 規定&付款方式

GCAC VBS Policy 規定:
1. After registration is complete, the registration fee will not be refunded. 註冊費一旦報名之後恕不退還.
2. After classes have begun, GCAC VBS will refund partial tuition if there is any special case occur. 學生註冊後，因特殊事因申請退出，暑期聖經營將退還部分学费.
3. There are no make-up dates or refunds made for any days your child is absent. 如果您的孩子缺席課程不能前來，我們沒有提供額外補課時間或者退款.

GCAC VBS provides 3 ways to make the payment 付款方式:
1. Cash payment. (Please contact Ms. Xinyu) 現金付款.（請與馨予老師聯絡）
2. Check payment. Title: Grace Christian Alliance Church. Memo: 2020 VBS (By mail or contact Ms. Xinyu) 支票付款. 收款人: Grace Christian Alliance Church. 備註: 2020 VBS（可郵寄或與馨予老師聯絡）
3. Paypal online payment：Financegcac@gmail.com (Memo: Your Child’s Name and VBS) Paypal網路付款. 請轉賬至：Financegcac@gmail.com (備注: 小朋友姓名和VBS)
